e-MASS ( Electronic Medical Supply Automation System) is a system run by Oratis Services Sdn Bhd and function as an intermediary to help retirees and eligible dependents , the supply of medicine and medical equipment which can not be provided by the Government Hospitals / Clinics.

e-MASS is through a Registered Retail Pharmacy network with Oratis Services Sdn Bhd , with the conditions that have been set .Eligible persons Those who qualify are PENSIONER : –

• Federal Public Service
• Member of parliament
• Member of the Administration
• Federal Political Secretary
• Judge of the High Court of Appeal and the Federal

** e-MASS does not qualify for state civil pensioners , retired state statutory bodies , military retirees and pensioners under the local authorities
